We are looking for an ambitious and driven Business Development Manager to expand our client base, strengthen partnerships, and represent Wizpresso at industry events and conferences.

About the Role

As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in driving Wizpresso’s growth across Hong Kong and the Asia-Pacific region. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, executing strategic outreach campaigns, and coordinating high-profile events to promote our brand and solutions.

Responsibilities

• Generate, qualify, and manage new business leads through multiple channels, including digital outreach, referrals, and partnerships.
• Plan and execute outreach campaigns targeting financial institutions, legal firms, corporates, and regulators.
• Represent Wizpresso at conferences, exhibitions, and networking events to build market presence and cultivate relationships.
• Develop and manage strategic partnerships to expand market reach and enhance client value.
• Organize client briefings, product demonstrations, and educational events showcasing Wizpresso’s innovations.
• Collaborate with product and marketing teams to refine go-to-market strategies and client engagement initiatives.
• Track sales performance and pipeline progress using CRM tools and prepare regular business reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• 3+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales within FinTech, RegTech, or professional services.
• Proven track record in lead generation, client acquisition, and partnership management.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and events simultaneously.
• Proficiency in English, Putonghua, and Cantonese is mandatory.
• Must be physically based in Hong Kong.
• Familiarity with compliance, capital markets, or financial technology is an advantage.
